There are 2 vacancies for Office Bearers:
President & Vice President
There are 2 vacancies for committee members.

Nominations are required to fill the above vacancies for the Executive & General Committee. Nomination forms are available on the noticeboard in the clubhouse and must be returned to The Secretary 14 days prior to the AGM – by Tuesday 22nd January 2019.

MOTIONS AND AMENDMENTS

If you wish to submit an amendment to any of the motions then they must be submitted to The Secretary 14 days prior to the AGM – by Tuesday 22nd January 2019.

Proposals or suggestions received after this date or at the AGM will be under the heading of Any Other Competent Business and be discussed at the discretion of the Chairperson.
